Chef Veggie offers vegan baked goods for delivery or pickup in the Capital Region of NY (Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia counties)!
According to NY cottage food laws, I offer baked goods, candies, pickles, jams & jellies, and dried herbs.
I am still not able to offer perishable food or complete meals from my home, but I wanted to offer some tasty treats for those who don’t use my meal services.
Chef Veggie uses the highest quality ingredients….really!
Much of what I offer is made with organic whole grains and contains organic veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruit.

Much of what I offer is made with organic whole grains and contains organic veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruit.
-I like using sugars that are less refined (coconut sugar, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, Sucanat).
-Most items will be soy-free as well.
-I do not use artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or GMOs.
-I can also make gluten-free and grain-free treats.
-I also do not use canola oil or unsustainable palm oil.
-I use organic hemp, almond or soy milk that has no carrageenan as my non-dairy milk.
-I bake on stainless steel and sometimes non-stick bakeware, however, I never bake in aluminum.

Ordering: Send an email to info@chefveggie.com with what you would like. I will then send you a Paypal invoice, or you can pay by cash or Venmo.
Orders need to be made at least 2 days in advance. Days available for delivery: Monday and Friday (So you would need to order by Saturday for Monday delivery, or Wednesday for Friday delivery)
Pickup/Delivery info:
Pickup is available between 2 and 3pm on Mondays/Fridays.
Delivery is free for Castleton-on-Hudson or East Greenbush.
$5 for Albany or Troy (delivery is before 5pm)
If there is a lot of interest, I may expand to having more delivery options.
